Nothing goes on a machine until you have signed off the proof. That approval becomes the specification for the run, that is why it is worth reading properly.
5. Production
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, which is our supplier's own published window. Both that and any rush are measured from approval, not from when you first emailed us.
6. Delivery
Ground freight is free over $250. Card checkout ships to one address; a run split across many individual home addresses, now the normal request for distributed teams, is arranged by quote with the freight for every destination confirmed in writing before you pay.
What do buyers ask about how ordering works?
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out by card on any product page that shows a price, or send a quote request, and neither needs an account. Either way a person checks the artwork, sends a free digital proof within one business day of usable art, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Your order number is all you need to follow it afterwards.
How long does an order take after I approve the proof?
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. Blank stock skips the proof and the machine and ships 1 to 3 business days by ground. Checkout asks for the date you need the order in hand and refuses one it cannot keep, and a rush is quoted per job with the date confirmed in writing.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, with a full refund, at any point before you approve the proof. Approval is what starts production, so it is the line that matters. Custom-decorated goods are made to your artwork and cannot be returned once produced, which is why the proof shows your logo on the actual item at the actual imprint size before you sign it off.
Is shipping free?
Ground freight is free on orders over $250. Below that it is calculated at checkout by weight to your ZIP, and a long or oversize piece can carry a handling charge that the cart names before you pay. Report any damage within 10 days of delivery, and note visible damage on the freight bill before signing.
