Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. How long does production take?
Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes: order one piece. ZX1101 sells from a single unit at $67.95, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.
Can I see a proof before you produce the order?
Always, and we do not start without written approval. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.
