What is the 24" x 100 YD AirMask 510U Clear Medium Tack Film Premask?
24" x 100 YD AirMask 510U Clear Medium Tack Film Premask (item 510U24). Transfer tape is what carries cut lettering from the liner to the wall, window or vehicle intact. It measures 24" x 100 YD x 4.3 mil thick. Color: Clear. Shipping weight is about 12.0 lb.
Every shop that cuts vinyl uses it on nearly every job. Tack level matters: too much and the vinyl will not release, too little and small letters stay behind on the liner.
Before you order: match the tape width to your largest common job and the tack to the vinyl you run most. Clear tape makes positioning easier; paper tape handles larger graphics and heat better.
