What is the 3" x 6" Clear Peak Pop-In Acrylic (Base not included)?
3" x 6" Clear Peak Pop-In Acrylic (Base not included) (APK36): a acrylic award where Cast acrylic with flame-polished edges does most of the work. It measures 3"(L) x 6"(H) x 3/8" thick. This is the clear colorway.
Worth knowing before you order: acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. It survives shipping to a remote office, it survives a trade show crate, and it survives being knocked off a desk.
Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. On this substrate specifically: acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred.
Above handout territory. The value here is in choosing recipients deliberately, because the object is good enough that the choosing is part of the message. Concretely: $25.05 each at 1-11, $15.53 at 500+.

Decoration options
The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 1.8 in x 2.7 in.
UV Printing
UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.
Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.
Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.
Laser Engraving
A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.
Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.
Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.
Laser Cutting
The laser cuts entirely through the sheet to a custom outline. A shape cut to your logo or silhouette rather than a stock outline.
Acrylic awards and signage that should not look off-the-shelf.
Material color.
Artwork requirements
- Vector files are the safe option. They hold their edges whether the mark runs at an inch or a foot.
- Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
- Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
- A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
- Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.

Common uses
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
Education, Schools & Universities
Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. Personalise it. At this tier a name is what makes it land.
Franchise & Multi-Location Brands
The hard problem in multi-location branding is consistency, not creativity. Local operators will source their own if the approved path is slower or costlier than the alternative. The way to hold brand consistency is to make the compliant option the easy one, with stocked items and fixed pricing. Too good to scatter. Pick the recipients deliberately.
Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs
Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. The order arrives before the results do, which means engraving strategy is the real decision. Generic plates with a separate engraved insert let you produce early and personalize late, and that is usually the difference between hitting the date and missing it. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. Volume takes it to $15.53, which widens the list without cheapening it.
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Recognition pieces for major donors and board members are the clearest win: they are relatively few, they are highly personal, and they materially affect renewal. For event merchandise, price the item to sell rather than to give. An imprint area of 1.8 in x 2.7 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. The gesture is the product here. Spend the thought, not just the budget.
Technology, SaaS & Startups
Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Shipping is the hidden cost and the hidden failure. An item that arrives damaged or takes three weeks to reach a remote hire does the opposite of what it was bought for, so pack weight and carrier reliability belong in the specification. At $25.05 before breaks, name the recipients rather than filling a table.
Employee Recognition & Service Awards
Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. Consistency is what makes a recognition program credible. If a ten year award looks better this year than it did last year, everyone who got last year's version notices. Lock the specification and the supplier, and treat the item list as something you change deliberately rather than annually. This reads as a gift. Give it to people you chose, not people who walked past.

What do buyers ask about APK36?
What artwork do you need from me?
Send vector if it exists, raster at 300 dpi if it does not, and whatever you have if neither. The personalization area on APK36 is 1.8 in x 2.7 in, and we redraw or re-proportion anything that will not survive it. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.
Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?
Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on APK36 runs from $25.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $15.53 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.
Do you keep this item in stock?
Yes. The warehouse shows 115 of APK36 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
What does it actually cost at quantity?
Most orders land near 48-95, which prices at $20.04 a piece. The published ladder on APK36 runs from $25.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $15.53 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.
How should this be cared for?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners, which can craze the surface. APK36 measures 3"(L) x 6"(H) x 3/8" thick and is made of acrylic. Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect.
What is the minimum order for APK36?
There is no minimum beyond one piece on APK36. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on APK36 runs from $25.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $15.53 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

- The personalization area is 1.8 in by 2.7 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
- At 50 pieces this costs less than 97% of the 878 other priced items in Acrylic Awards.
- The table starts at 12 because below that the engraving setup costs more than the goods, and we will not guess at a price there. Ask us and we will quote a smaller run from your artwork.
