What is the Apex Series Clear Acrylic Award with Green Highlights and Green Base, 5 1/2" x 8 3/4", Style A7105?

A working acrylic award. Cast acrylic with flame-polished edges. It measures 5 1/2" x 8 3/4". This is the clear colorway, one of 2 in the range.

Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. It survives shipping to a remote office, it survives a trade show crate, and it survives being knocked off a desk.

Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. Acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred. The two together are why this item re-orders.

The piece stays on a desk for years, which is the whole return. Choose recipients the way you would choose who to take to dinner. Concretely: $75.00 each at 1-11, $46.50 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 3.6 in x 4 in.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

Laser Cutting

The laser cuts entirely through the sheet to a custom outline. A shape cut to your logo or silhouette rather than a stock outline.

Best for

Acrylic awards and signage that should not look off-the-shelf.

Color

Material color.

Artwork requirements

  • Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
  • Artwork we redraw stays on file under your item number, so the next order runs from the same corrected file.
  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • Convert all type to outlines so fonts do not substitute in production.
  • If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.

Common uses

Full-color brand awardsSpecified regularly for full-color brand awards. The imprint area at 3.6 in x 4 in is sized for exactly that job.
Sales recognitionSpecified regularly for sales recognition. The imprint area at 3.6 in x 4 in is sized for exactly that job.
Remote-team shippingBuilt for remote-team shipping. That is the use case the format was designed around, not one retrofitted to it.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.
Customer loyalty tiersA physical marker of status that an account dashboard cannot replicate.
Fundraising and donor recognitionThanking the people who gave, in a form that quietly encourages the next person to.
Renewal and retention giftsTimed to the contract date rather than the calendar, which is when the recipient is actually paying attention.
Sponsorship and partner thanksGiven to the people who funded or enabled the work, in a form they can keep visible.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Technology, SaaS & Startups

Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Company swag competes with genuinely good consumer products for the same desk space, and it usually loses. The piece has to be something the recipient would plausibly have bought, or it becomes a donation to a charity shop. Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. Executive tier. Treat the engraving as carefully as the invoice.

2

Employee Recognition & Service Awards

Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. If you are marking five or ten years of someone's working life, the piece has to carry weight. Literally and otherwise. Personalization with the individual's name is what converts a company gift into a personal keepsake, and it is the single highest-leverage decision in a recognition program. Even at volume it holds $46.50, which tells you what tier this is.

3

Education, Schools & Universities

Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Departments buy separately even when the brand is shared, which is how a university ends up with nine versions of its own crest. A single approved item list with locked artwork solves more than any individual purchasing decision will. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. Spend it where the relationship is worth more than the invoice.

4

Franchise & Multi-Location Brands

The hard problem in multi-location branding is consistency, not creativity. Artwork drift is cumulative and invisible until it is severe. A locked file held centrally against each item number, rather than a logo emailed between locations, is what stops forty sites gradually producing forty logos. An imprint area of 3.6 in x 4 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. At $75.00 before breaks this is relationship work, not advertising.

5

Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs

Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. Participation medals for the field, distinct pieces for placegetters, and something with real presence for the overall champion. Production timing is usually the binding constraint, so lock artwork well before the event rather than after the results are known. Reserve it for named recipients: key clients, top performers, long service.

What do buyers ask about A7105?

Do you keep this item in stock?

Yes. The warehouse shows 379 of A7105 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

Is there a setup charge?

There is no setup charge, ever. Art preparation, machine setup and the proof are part of the price on this page. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Can I order more later and have them match?

Re-orders reproduce rather than reinterpret. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. On natural materials the base itself can shift a little between batches, so tell us if an exact match matters. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Always, and we do not start without written approval. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Once approved, the proof becomes the specification for the run, so check the spelling and the placement carefully. The personalization area on A7105 is 3.6 in x 4 in.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

What is the minimum order for A7105?

A7105 can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on A7105 runs from $75.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $46.50 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on A7105 is 3.6 in x 4 in.
