What is the Blue Aspire Art Glass?

Blue Aspire Art Glass (AGS45): a art sculpture award where Annealed glass with polished edges and a clear, even body does most of the work. It measures 17". This is the blue colorway.

Worth knowing before you order: glass gives you most of the visual authority of crystal at a materially lower cost, which is what makes it the practical choice when you are recognizing a whole team rather than one person..

A sculptural form reads as art rather than as an award, which is exactly why it survives office redecoration. On this substrate specifically: deep etch sand carving frosts the surface for a bright white mark that photographs well. Laser engraving handles finer detail.

This is the award the room looks at. It carries the weight of the moment, which is why it is priced as a single line rather than a run. Concretely: $233.00 each at 1-11, $144.46 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 4 in x 1.41 in.

Sand Carving

Abrasive is blasted through a cut mask to cut into the surface of the glass or crystal. A deep, frosted, dimensional mark you can feel with a fingertip.

Best for

Crystal and glass awards where depth and presence matter more than color.

Color

Frosted white, optionally color-filled.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) reproduces best at every size and is what we ask for first.
  • Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • We send a digital proof for written approval before production starts. Nothing goes on a machine until you sign it off.

Common uses

Flagship recognitionFlagship recognition is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
Board and donor awardsA natural fit for board and donor awards, which is one of the settings this art sculpture award was specified for.
Annual top honorsWorks well for annual top honors, where the art sculpture award format does what a printed handout cannot.
Booth and trade show handoutsThe item that gives someone a reason to stop walking, and a reason to remember which booth it came from.
Sponsorship and partner thanksGiven to the people who funded or enabled the work, in a form they can keep visible.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Nonprofit & Fundraising

Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Donors read the gift as a statement about stewardship. Something visibly expensive can cost you more in confidence than it earns in goodwill, which is why restraint and a personal inscription usually outperform scale in this sector. A centrepiece, not a run. Expect it on display for a decade.

2

Government, Military & First Responders

This segment is precise about protocol and unforgiving about quality. Protocol governs the object. Placement of insignia, order of precedence on a plaque and the wording of a commendation are conventions rather than preferences, and getting them wrong is the one error this segment does not overlook. The piece the room looks at. Price it as an event cost, not merchandise.

3

Financial Services, Insurance & Legal

Professional services sell trust, and the gift has to look like the invoice. Understated materials, restrained decoration and genuine quality all read as competence. Anything that looks cheap actively undermines the positioning, so this segment skews toward crystal, leather and solid desk pieces. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. This is the one people stand next to in the photograph.

4

Employee Recognition & Service Awards

Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. The presentation matters as much as the piece. An award handed over in a hallway is worth a fraction of the same award presented in front of the team, which means the object should be specified for the moment it will be photographed in, not the shelf it ends on. A sculptural form reads as art rather than as an award, which is exactly why it survives office redecoration. Reserved for a milestone big enough to justify the line item on its own.

5

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. The recipient is rarely the decision maker you are trying to reach, which is the part most programs get wrong. Choose something that will sit in a shared space rather than a drawer, and the gift starts working on people who were never on your list. Deep etch sand carving frosts the surface for a bright white mark that photographs well. Laser engraving handles finer detail. At $233.00 before breaks this is a once-a-year piece.

What do buyers ask about AGS45?

Is there a setup charge?

No. Setup is free on every order at every quantity. Art preparation, machine setup and your digital proof are built into the price, with nothing added for them later. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Always, and we do not start without written approval. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Once approved, the proof becomes the specification for the run, so check the spelling and the placement carefully. The personalization area on AGS45 is 4 in x 1.41 in.

Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?

Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on AGS45 runs from $233.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $144.46 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

How long does production take?

Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What artwork do you need from me?

Send vector if it exists, raster at 300 dpi if it does not, and whatever you have if neither. The personalization area on AGS45 is 4 in x 1.41 in, and we redraw or re-proportion anything that will not survive it. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.
