What is the Cork Beverage Holder?

This is a beverage holder in cork. Straightforward to decorate, and durable enough that the decoration outlasts the occasion. It measures 3 3/4".

Worth knowing before you order: cork is naturally water-resistant, compressible and grippy, and that is what makes it work as a coaster and a base material rather than just a sustainable talking point..

Laser engraving produces a soft darkened mark. Best with bold, simple artwork rather than fine detail. Among the lowest cost-per-impression items available, and one people genuinely keep in a cooler bag.

This is table-stock: priced to be handed out freely. The metric that matters is how many you can put into circulation, not what each one felt like to give. Concretely: $6.50 each at 1-11, $4.03 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2 in x 2 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.
  • Vector files are the safe option. They hold their edges whether the mark runs at an inch or a foot.
  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.

Common uses

Events and festivalsBuilt for events and festivals. That is the use case the format was designed around, not one retrofitted to it.
Tailgating and sportsTailgating and sports is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
High-volume giveawaysA natural fit for high-volume giveaways, which is one of the settings this beverage holder was specified for.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.
Service anniversariesFive, ten and twenty years. The object marks the span in a way a announcement never manages.
Renewal and retention giftsTimed to the contract date rather than the calendar, which is when the recipient is actually paying attention.
Fundraising and donor recognitionThanking the people who gave, in a form that quietly encourages the next person to.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs

Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. Awards are read as a hierarchy whether or not you intended one. If the participation piece and the champion piece look similar, the champion feels short-changed, and that is remembered longer than the result. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. Volume is the point at $6.50; nobody is auditing this line item.

2

Weddings, Reunions & Milestone Events

Personal events are the one segment where the recipient genuinely wants the item personalized. Guests keep what they can use and discard what merely commemorates. An item that works on an ordinary Tuesday will outlive the event by years; one that only makes sense on the day will not survive the drive home. Among the lowest cost-per-impression items available, and one people genuinely keep in a cooler bag. Cost per impression is the number that matters here, and it is very low.

3

Hospitality, Restaurants & Breweries

In hospitality the promotional item and the retail item are the same object. Branded glassware and drinkware serve guests, then sell to guests at the end of the visit. That dual use changes the maths entirely. The decoration cost is recovered at the till rather than written off to marketing. Laser engraving produces a soft darkened mark. Best with bold, simple artwork rather than fine detail. Cheap enough to over-order slightly, which is the right call for a table.

4

Automotive & Dealerships

Delivery day is the highest-emotion moment in the customer relationship. Service and sales want opposite things from the same budget. Sales needs a handful of pieces with real presence for delivery day; service needs high frequency at low cost. Splitting the budget explicitly stops one cannibalizing the other. The beverage holder format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. At this price the risk is under-ordering, not over-ordering.

5

Trade Shows & Conferences

Booth traffic is not the metric: what leaves the hall and stays in use is. The giveaway is a conversation opener, not a memory device. Its real job is giving someone a reason to stand still for ninety seconds, which is why something that invites a question outperforms something that merely carries a logo. Down to $4.03 at volume, which is where this stops being a cost.

What do buyers ask about GFT780?

Do you keep this item in stock?

Yes. The warehouse shows more than 1,000 of GFT780 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Can I order more later and have them match?

Re-orders reproduce rather than reinterpret. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. On natural materials the base itself can shift a little between batches, so tell us if an exact match matters. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes: order one piece. GFT780 sells from a single unit at $6.50, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.

What does it actually cost at quantity?

Most orders land near 48-95, which prices at $5.20 a piece. The published ladder on GFT780 runs from $6.50 a piece at 1-11 down to $4.03 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

How is this decorated?

We run laser engraving on GFT780 as standard. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved. We can also run UV Printing on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on GFT780 is 2 in x 2 in. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We replace damaged pieces. Send a photograph and the item number within 10 days of delivery and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. If the box arrives visibly damaged, write that on the freight bill before signing. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

How should this be cared for?

Wipe clean. Do not soak. GFT780 measures 3 3/4" and is made of cork. Cork is naturally water-resistant, compressible and grippy, and that is what makes it work as a coaster and a base material rather than just a sustainable talking point.

What is the minimum order for GFT780?

GFT780 can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on GFT780 runs from $6.50 a piece at 1-11 down to $4.03 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on GFT780 is 2 in x 2 in.
