What is the Green 20 oz. Polar Camel Pilsner with Clear Standard Lid?

Green 20 oz. Polar Camel Pilsner with Clear Standard Lid (LTM985): a pilsner glass at 20 oz where Quality materials selected for decoration and everyday durability does most of the work. It measures 3 15/16" (L) x 8 3/4"(H). This is the green colorway, one of 2 in the range.

Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer..

Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top. The tall tapered form is instantly readable as craft beer service, which makes it a natural fit for taproom retail.

At this price you are buying a reaction rather than an impression. That only works if the list is short enough for the gesture to feel deliberate. Concretely: $30.00 each at 1-11, $18.60 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2.36 in x 4.38 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • If brand color accuracy matters, give us the Pantone numbers rather than a screenshot to match.
  • If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.
  • Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.
  • Do not spend a week hunting for the perfect file. Send what exists and we will tell you what is usable.
  • Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.

Common uses

Breweries and barsWorks well for breweries and bars, where the pilsner glass format does what a printed handout cannot.
Hospitality giftingBuilt for hospitality gifting. That is the use case the format was designed around, not one retrofitted to it.
Event merchandiseA natural fit for event merchandise, which is one of the settings this pilsner glass was specified for.
Fundraising and donor recognitionThanking the people who gave, in a form that quietly encourages the next person to.
Event and conference giftingHanded to qualified conversations rather than to everyone, so the spend goes where the pipeline is.
Recruiting and onboardingIncluded in offer packs and first-day kits, where the object is doing culture work from the very first hour.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. Timing beats budget in this segment. The same gift sent a week after a renewal lands completely differently from one sent in December with four hundred others, because in January it is the only thing on the desk. Buy for the calendar you control rather than the one everybody shares. The pilsner glass format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. This reads as a gift. Give it to people you chose, not people who walked past.

2

Hospitality, Restaurants & Breweries

In hospitality the promotional item and the retail item are the same object. Seasonality drives the order pattern. Terraces, patios and outdoor service create demand for a different specification than winter trade does, so most venues need two lists rather than one annual order. Worth personalising individually at this price; the response rate justifies it.

3

Weddings, Reunions & Milestone Events

Personal events are the one segment where the recipient genuinely wants the item personalized. Names, dates and short inscriptions turn an ordinary object into something kept for decades. Quantities are modest and lead times are unforgiving, which makes production scheduling the thing to get right. Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer.. $30.00 before breaks puts this above hand-out territory. Use it that way.

What do buyers ask about LTM985?

Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?

Yes, and it is the right way to brief us. Tell us the date the box has to be open rather than the date you want it shipped, and checkout works the schedule backwards from there. It refuses a date it cannot keep rather than accepting it and missing it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) with all type converted to outlines. High-resolution raster at 300 dpi or better also works, and a logo saved from a website is worth sending anyway. We check it against the 2.36 in x 4.38 in personalization area and tell you before you pay whether it holds up at that size.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes: order one piece. LTM985 sells from a single unit at $30.00, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.

How is this decorated?

We run laser engraving on LTM985 as standard. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved. We can also run UV Printing on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on LTM985 is 2.36 in x 4.38 in. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

What does it actually cost at quantity?

The published ladder on LTM985 runs from $30.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $18.60 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

What is the minimum order for LTM985?

  • Ground freight is free from 12 pieces, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
  • The personalization area is 2.36 in by 4.38 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
  • At 50 pieces this costs less than 25% of the 170 other priced items in Barware. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
  • The table starts at 12 because below that the engraving setup costs more than the goods, and we will not guess at a price there. Ask us and we will quote a smaller run from your artwork.
  • Setup is free at every quantity, including 12.
