What is the Large Clear Premier Acrylic?
A working acrylic award. Cast acrylic with flame-polished edges. It measures 4 3/4" x 9 1/2". This is the clear colorway.
Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. It survives shipping to a remote office, it survives a trade show crate, and it survives being knocked off a desk. That is the difference between something kept and something replaced.
Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. Acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred. The two together are why this item re-orders.
Flagship recognition. The cost only makes sense against a milestone big enough that people will remember where they were standing. Concretely: $191.00 each at 1-11, $118.42 at 500+.

Decoration options
The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2.85 in x 4 in.
UV Printing
UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.
Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.
Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.
Laser Engraving
A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.
Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.
Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.
Laser Cutting
The laser cuts entirely through the sheet to a custom outline. A shape cut to your logo or silhouette rather than a stock outline.
Acrylic awards and signage that should not look off-the-shelf.
Material color.
Artwork requirements
- We send a digital proof for written approval before production starts. Nothing goes on a machine until you sign it off.
- A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
- Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.
- Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) reproduces best at every size and is what we ask for first.
- Nothing is produced before you approve a proof in writing. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.
- Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
Production schedule
| Artwork proof | 1 business day from receipt of usable art |

| Standard production | 3 to 5 business days after proof approval |

Common uses
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Donors read the gift as a statement about stewardship. Something visibly expensive can cost you more in confidence than it earns in goodwill, which is why restraint and a personal inscription usually outperform scale in this sector. An imprint area of 2.85 in x 4 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. This is the one people stand next to in the photograph.
Technology, SaaS & Startups
Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Company swag competes with genuinely good consumer products for the same desk space, and it usually loses. The piece has to be something the recipient would plausibly have bought, or it becomes a donation to a charity shop. Reserved for a milestone big enough to justify the line item on its own.
Employee Recognition & Service Awards
Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. If you are marking five or ten years of someone's working life, the piece has to carry weight. Literally and otherwise. Personalization with the individual's name is what converts a company gift into a personal keepsake, and it is the single highest-leverage decision in a recognition program. At $191.00 before breaks this is a once-a-year piece.
Education, Schools & Universities
Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Departments buy separately even when the brand is shared, which is how a university ends up with nine versions of its own crest. A single approved item list with locked artwork solves more than any individual purchasing decision will. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. Flagship recognition. One or two of these, not a programme.
Franchise & Multi-Location Brands
The hard problem in multi-location branding is consistency, not creativity. Artwork drift is cumulative and invisible until it is severe. A locked file held centrally against each item number, rather than a logo emailed between locations, is what stops forty sites gradually producing forty logos. Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. This is the award people photograph. Budget it as a single line.
Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs
Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. Participation medals for the field, distinct pieces for placegetters, and something with real presence for the overall champion. Production timing is usually the binding constraint, so lock artwork well before the event rather than after the results are known. Acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred. $191.00 before breaks: reserved for the moment that warrants it.

What do buyers ask about PAC15?
Do you keep this item in stock?
Yes. The warehouse shows 124 of PAC15 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We replace damaged pieces. Send a photograph and the item number within 10 days of delivery and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. If the box arrives visibly damaged, write that on the freight bill before signing. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes: order one piece. PAC15 sells from a single unit at $191.00, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.
Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?
Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on PAC15 runs from $191.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $118.42 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?
Yes, and it is the right way to brief us. Tell us the date the box has to be open rather than the date you want it shipped, and checkout works the schedule backwards from there. It refuses a date it cannot keep rather than accepting it and missing it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
Can I order more later and have them match?
Yes. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. Material batches can vary slightly on natural materials, which is worth knowing if color matching across orders is critical. The published ladder on PAC15 runs from $191.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $118.42 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
How should this be cared for?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners, which can craze the surface. PAC15 measures 4 3/4" x 9 1/2" and is made of acrylic. Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect.
What is the minimum order for PAC15?
There is no minimum beyond one piece on PAC15. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on PAC15 runs from $191.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $118.42 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

- Ground freight is free from 12 pieces, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
- The personalization area is 2.85 in by 4 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
- At 50 pieces this costs less than 2% of the 878 other priced items in Acrylic Awards. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
- Setup is free at every quantity, including 1.
