What is the Light Blue 40 oz. Polar Camel Travel Mug with Snap Lid and Straw?

This is a travel mug at 40 oz in quality materials. Straightforward to decorate, and durable enough that the decoration outlasts the occasion. It measures 9 3/4" (H) x 4" (W)top/2 3/4" (W) bottom. This is the light blue colorway.

Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer..

Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top. A sealed lid and a cup-holder base make this the item that actually leaves the building with your logo on it.

At this level the piece is doing relationship work, not advertising work. Reserve it for named recipients, key clients, top performers, long-service milestones, and personalize it individually. Concretely: $50.00 each at 1-11, $31.00 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2 in x 2 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
  • Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • Artwork we redraw stays on file under your item number, so the next order runs from the same corrected file.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • Nothing is produced before you approve a proof in writing. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.

Common uses

CommutingSpecified regularly for commuting. The imprint area at 2 in x 2 in is sized for exactly that job.
Field and route workWorks well for field and route work, where the travel mug format does what a printed handout cannot.
Employee welcome kitsA natural fit for employee welcome kits, which is one of the settings this travel mug was specified for.
Sponsorship and partner thanksGiven to the people who funded or enabled the work, in a form they can keep visible.
Fundraising and donor recognitionThanking the people who gave, in a form that quietly encourages the next person to.
Event and conference giftingHanded to qualified conversations rather than to everyone, so the spend goes where the pipeline is.
Booth and trade show handoutsThe item that gives someone a reason to stop walking, and a reason to remember which booth it came from.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Construction, Trades & Field Services

On a job site, an item survives or it disappears. Durability is the whole specification: insulated drinkware that shrugs off a truck bed, headwear that lives outdoors, and decoration that cannot scrape off. Crew gifting in this sector is a retention tool in a labour market where retention is expensive. Executive tier. Treat the engraving as carefully as the invoice.

2

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. Timing beats budget in this segment. The same gift sent a week after a renewal lands completely differently from one sent in December with four hundred others, because in January it is the only thing on the desk. Buy for the calendar you control rather than the one everybody shares. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. Even at volume it holds $31.00, which tells you what tier this is.

3

Automotive & Dealerships

Delivery day is the highest-emotion moment in the customer relationship. Anything that goes in or on a vehicle gets judged against the vehicle. A cheap keychain handed over with a car undercuts the purchase in a way that giving nothing would not, which makes this one of the few segments where under-spending is the bigger risk. An imprint area of 2 in x 2 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. Spend it where the relationship is worth more than the invoice.

4

Technology, SaaS & Startups

Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Shipping a considered kit to a home address is now a standard part of remote onboarding, and it is the rare marketing spend that shows up in retention numbers. Ship-safe materials matter more here than in any other segment. At $50.00 before breaks this is relationship work, not advertising.

5

Healthcare & Senior Living

Healthcare buyers screen for practicality and hygiene before they screen for design. Shift work changes the specification. Items are carried between home, locker and ward, so anything that leaks, breaks or cannot go through a dishwasher gets abandoned within a fortnight regardless of how good it looked at the point of purchase. At 40 oz it suits the way this audience actually uses it. Reserve it for named recipients: key clients, top performers, long service.

What do buyers ask about LTM7410?

Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?

Yes, and it is the right way to brief us. Tell us the date the box has to be open rather than the date you want it shipped, and checkout works the schedule backwards from there. It refuses a date it cannot keep rather than accepting it and missing it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Is there a setup charge?

No. Setup is free on every order at every quantity. Art preparation, machine setup and your digital proof are built into the price, with nothing added for them later. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

How long does production take?

Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

How is this decorated?

Laser Engraving is the primary method on LTM7410. A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved. We can also run UV Printing on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on LTM7410 is 2 in x 2 in.

What does it actually cost at quantity?

Most orders land near 48-95, which prices at $40.00 a piece. The published ladder on LTM7410 runs from $50.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $31.00 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

What if the artwork does not fit the imprint area?

The personalization area on LTM7410 is 2 in x 2 in. If your mark does not sit well in that shape we redraw or re-proportion it and show you the result on the proof before anything is produced. Engraving is charged on the share of the area your artwork covers, so a smaller mark costs less.
