Artwork requirements
- Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
- Nothing is produced before you approve a proof in writing. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.
- Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.
- A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
- We send a digital proof for written approval before production starts. Nothing goes on a machine until you sign it off.
- If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.
