What is the Rapid Tac Rapid Prep Surface Prep, 1 Gallon?
Rapid Tac Rapid Prep Surface Prep, 1 Gallon (item RP-51285-1). Blades, knives, squeegees and weeding tools are the consumables every vinyl and sign shop goes through week after week. It measures 1 Gallon. Shipping weight is about 8.7 lb.
Anyone applying or cutting vinyl, film or paper keeps a supply of these on hand. A dull blade tears film and slows every job, so most shops replace blades on a schedule rather than waiting for a bad cut.
Before you order: check the blade size and angle against your handle or plotter before ordering in bulk. Stock a spare pack at each workstation so nobody stretches a dull blade through a job.
24 are in stock right now and ship from the nearest warehouse. Pricing starts at $63.90 for one and drops to $42.21 each at 500+, with no setup, handling or small-order fee.
Often ordered with ORAJET 3951 Premium Cast PVC Digital Media with Rapid Air® + (3951GPS-54-50-010).
