What is the Semi-Gloss White ChromaLuxe High Definition Aluminum Photo Panel?

This photo panel is made from anodised aluminum, light and corrosion-resistant. It measures 4" x 4" x .045". This is the gloss white colorway.

In practice: aluminum gives you a metal look and metal durability at a fraction of the weight, and it matters when you are shipping several hundred units..

Laser engraving cuts through the anodised layer to bright metal. Sublimation-coated aluminum also accepts full-color photographic printing. The image is fused into the surface rather than printed on top, so it will not yellow, peel or scratch off the way a mounted print does. That is why these outlast framed photography on a lobby wall.

This is the workhorse tier: the price point where an item is good enough to be kept but affordable enough to order in real quantity. Most successful programs live here. Concretely: $9.45 each at 1-11, $5.86 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2.5 in x 2.5 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

Dye Sublimation

Heat converts solid dye to gas, which bonds into a polyester coating or ceramic glaze. Full-color artwork embedded in the surface rather than sitting on top of it.

Best for

Full-wrap photographic decoration on mugs, coated drinkware and coated metal.

Color

Full color. Cannot print white. The substrate supplies white.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • A digital proof comes back to you first, every time. Production starts on your written approval and not before.
  • If brand color accuracy matters, give us the Pantone numbers rather than a screenshot to match.
  • Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
  • Nothing is produced before you approve a proof in writing. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.
  • Vector files are the safe option. They hold their edges whether the mark runs at an inch or a foot.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Real Estate & Closing Gifts

A closing gift is a referral instrument, not a thank-you note. The gift is competing with a move, which is the least receptive moment in a person's year. Something that gets unpacked in the first week and used immediately beats something beautiful that stays in a box until the boxes are finally dealt with. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. The workhorse choice for this audience, and it re-orders predictably.

2

Faith & Community Organizations

Faith communities give to mark moments rather than to advertise. Congregations buy in small quantities across many occasions rather than in one annual run. That makes minimum order quantity and re-order consistency more important than unit price for almost every purchase in this segment. An imprint area of 2.5 in x 2.5 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. Priced so you can cover everyone without cheapening the gesture.

3

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. A gift that lands on a client desk and stays there keeps working long after the meeting that prompted it. That argues for fewer, better pieces rather than a large volume of disposables, and for decoration that will still look intentional in two years. At $5.86 in volume the cost per kept item is hard to beat.

4

Employee Recognition & Service Awards

Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. The presentation matters as much as the piece. An award handed over in a hallway is worth a fraction of the same award presented in front of the team, which means the object should be specified for the moment it will be photographed in, not the shelf it ends on. Roughly 38% comes off between one piece and a full run.

5

Nonprofit & Fundraising

Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Volunteer recognition is where the money works hardest. Volunteers give time that would otherwise cost you wages, and the marginal cost of thanking them properly is trivial against what their continued involvement is worth. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. At $9.45 before breaks this is the tier most programmes should live in.

6

Education, Schools & Universities

Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. The image is fused into the surface rather than printed on top, so it will not yellow, peel or scratch off the way a mounted print does. That is why these outlast framed photography on a lobby wall. Good enough to be kept, affordable enough to order in real quantity.

7

Healthcare & Senior Living

Healthcare buyers screen for practicality and hygiene before they screen for design. Shift work changes the specification. Items are carried between home, locker and ward, so anything that leaks, breaks or cannot go through a dishwasher gets abandoned within a fortnight regardless of how good it looked at the point of purchase. Laser engraving cuts through the anodised layer to bright metal. Sublimation-coated aluminum also accepts full-color photographic printing. This is the sweet spot: real perceived value without a procurement conversation.

What do buyers ask about CLX4549?

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes: order one piece. CLX4549 sells from a single unit at $9.45, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

Do you keep this item in stock?

Yes. The warehouse shows 85 of CLX4549 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?

Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on CLX4549 runs from $9.45 a piece at 1-11 down to $5.86 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

What if the artwork does not fit the imprint area?

The personalization area on CLX4549 is 2.5 in x 2.5 in. If your mark does not sit well in that shape we redraw or re-proportion it and show you the result on the proof before anything is produced. Engraving is charged on the share of the area your artwork covers, so a smaller mark costs less.

Can I order more later and have them match?

Re-orders reproduce rather than reinterpret. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. On natural materials the base itself can shift a little between batches, so tell us if an exact match matters. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

What is the minimum order for CLX4549?

There is no minimum beyond one piece on CLX4549. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on CLX4549 runs from $9.45 a piece at 1-11 down to $5.86 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
