What is the Soccer Victory Medal-Bronze?
Soccer Victory Medal-Bronze (VM108B): a medal where Cast resin, hand-painted and finished does most of the work. It measures 2". This is the bronze colorway.
In practice: casting is what allows shapes, figures, sport-specific sculpts, dimensional forms, that simply cannot be cut from crystal or metal at a comparable price. It is the reason resin dominates youth sport and participation awards.
Medals scale to hundreds of recipients at a cost per person that no other award form matches. On this substrate specifically: decoration is applied to an engraving plate or a printed plate fitted to the base, not to the sculpt itself.
This sits in the giveaway tier, where the job is reach: enough units to hand one to everyone who walks past the table, at a cost per impression low enough that nobody has to justify it line by line. Concretely: $3.00 each at 1-11, $1.86 at 500+.

Artwork requirements
- Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.
- Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
- Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
- If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.
- Convert all type to outlines so fonts do not substitute in production.

School achievementWorks well for school achievement, where the medal format does what a printed handout cannot.
Participation recognitionParticipation recognition is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
Booth and trade show handoutsThe item that gives someone a reason to stop walking, and a reason to remember which booth it came from.
Sponsorship and partner thanksGiven to the people who funded or enabled the work, in a form they can keep visible.
Recruiting and onboardingIncluded in offer packs and first-day kits, where the object is doing culture work from the very first hour.

Team and department awardsRecognizing a group without the cost or ceremony of individual crystal for every person.
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
1
Government, Military & First Responders
This segment is precise about protocol and unforgiving about quality. Challenge coins, unit recognition, retirement and commendation pieces all carry established conventions. Sourcing compliance and documented lead times usually matter as much as the item itself. The medal format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. At $3.00 before breaks it is cheap enough to hand out without counting.
2
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Donors read the gift as a statement about stewardship. Something visibly expensive can cost you more in confidence than it earns in goodwill, which is why restraint and a personal inscription usually outperform scale in this sector. The unit cost here is low enough that reach matters more than restraint.
3
Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs
Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. The order arrives before the results do, which means engraving strategy is the real decision. Generic plates with a separate engraved insert let you produce early and personalize late, and that is usually the difference between hitting the date and missing it. Casting is what allows shapes, figures, sport-specific sculpts, dimensional forms, that simply cannot be cut from crystal or metal at a comparable price. Order deep. At this price the waste of a few extra is cheaper than running short.
4
Education, Schools & Universities
Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. Volume is the point at $3.00; nobody is auditing this line item.

What do buyers ask about VM108B?
How is this decorated?
Laser Engraving (plate) is the primary method on VM108B. The engraving plate is lasered, then fitted to the award. A permanent engraved plate on a cast body. We can also run UV Printing (plate) and Sublimated Plate on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on VM108B is 1.2 in x 1 in.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes: order one piece. VM108B sells from a single unit at $3.00, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.
Can I see a proof before you produce the order?
Yes, and nothing runs until you have signed it off. Read it properly rather than skimming, because the approved proof is the specification we produce against. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?
Yes. Give us the in-hand date and checkout tells you immediately whether standard production makes it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.
Is there a setup charge?
No. Setup is free on every order at every quantity. Art preparation, machine setup and your digital proof are built into the price, with nothing added for them later. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) with all type converted to outlines. High-resolution raster at 300 dpi or better also works, and a logo saved from a website is worth sending anyway. We check it against the 1.2 in x 1 in personalization area and tell you before you pay whether it holds up at that size.
What is the minimum order for VM108B?
VM108B can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on VM108B runs from $3.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $1.86 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on VM108B is 1.2 in x 1 in.
