What is the White Standard Polar Camel Full Color Beverage Holder?

This beverage holder is made from quality materials selected for decoration and everyday durability. It measures 3" diameter x 5 1/4" (H). This is the white colorway.

In practice: built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer..

Among the lowest cost-per-impression items available, and one people genuinely keep in a cooler bag. Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top.

This reads as a considered gift, which means it rewards a named list and wastes its advantage on a table by the door. Concretely: $29.00 each at 1-11, $17.98 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 1.8 in x 2.63 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
  • Vector files are the safe option. They hold their edges whether the mark runs at an inch or a foot.

Common uses

Events and festivalsWorks well for events and festivals, where the beverage holder format does what a printed handout cannot.
Tailgating and sportsBuilt for tailgating and sports. That is the use case the format was designed around, not one retrofitted to it.
High-volume giveawaysWorks well for high-volume giveaways, where the beverage holder format does what a printed handout cannot.
Remote team welcome kitsShipped to a home address, which for a distributed team is the only physical touch the company gets.
Event and conference giftingHanded to qualified conversations rather than to everyone, so the spend goes where the pipeline is.
Team and department awardsRecognizing a group without the cost or ceremony of individual crystal for every person.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.
Renewal and retention giftsTimed to the contract date rather than the calendar, which is when the recipient is actually paying attention.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Trade Shows & Conferences

Booth traffic is not the metric: what leaves the hall and stays in use is. Run a two-tier giveaway: a low-cost item for everyone who stops, and a genuinely good piece reserved for qualified conversations. The second tier is what people remember when your follow-up email arrives a week later. Volume takes it to $17.98, which widens the list without cheapening it.

2

Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs

Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. Awards are read as a hierarchy whether or not you intended one. If the participation piece and the champion piece look similar, the champion feels short-changed, and that is remembered longer than the result. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. The gesture is the product here. Spend the thought, not just the budget.

3

Weddings, Reunions & Milestone Events

Personal events are the one segment where the recipient genuinely wants the item personalized. Guests keep what they can use and discard what merely commemorates. An item that works on an ordinary Tuesday will outlive the event by years; one that only makes sense on the day will not survive the drive home. An imprint area of 1.8 in x 2.63 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. At $29.00 before breaks, name the recipients rather than filling a table.

4

Hospitality, Restaurants & Breweries

In hospitality the promotional item and the retail item are the same object. Branded glassware and drinkware serve guests, then sell to guests at the end of the visit. That dual use changes the maths entirely. The decoration cost is recovered at the till rather than written off to marketing. This reads as a gift. Give it to people you chose, not people who walked past.

5

Automotive & Dealerships

Delivery day is the highest-emotion moment in the customer relationship. Service and sales want opposite things from the same budget. Sales needs a handful of pieces with real presence for delivery day; service needs high frequency at low cost. Splitting the budget explicitly stops one cannibalizing the other. Worth personalising individually at this price; the response rate justifies it.

What do buyers ask about SBH12?

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?

Yes. Give us the in-hand date and checkout tells you immediately whether standard production makes it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Yes, and nothing runs until you have signed it off. Read it properly rather than skimming, because the approved proof is the specification we produce against. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We replace damaged pieces. Send a photograph and the item number within 10 days of delivery and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. If the box arrives visibly damaged, write that on the freight bill before signing. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

How long does production take?

Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What if the artwork does not fit the imprint area?

The personalization area on SBH12 is 1.8 in x 2.63 in. If your mark does not sit well in that shape we redraw or re-proportion it and show you the result on the proof before anything is produced. Engraving is charged on the share of the area your artwork covers, so a smaller mark costs less.

Is there a setup charge?

There is no setup charge, ever. Art preparation, machine setup and the proof are part of the price on this page. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

What is the minimum order for SBH12?

SBH12 can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on SBH12 runs from $29.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $17.98 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on SBH12 is 1.8 in x 2.63 in.

  • Ground freight is free from 12 pieces, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
  • The personalization area is 1.8 in by 2.63 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
  • At 50 pieces this costs less than 39% of the 532 other priced items in Drinkware. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
  • The table starts at 12 because below that the engraving setup costs more than the goods, and we will not guess at a price there. Ask us and we will quote a smaller run from your artwork.
