What is the Arch Series Acrylic Featuring Blue Mirror Upright and Base with Convex Front?

This acrylic award is made from cast acrylic with flame-polished edges. It measures 5" x 8". This is the blue colorway.

Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. It survives shipping to a remote office, it survives a trade show crate, and it survives being knocked off a desk.

Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. On this substrate specifically: acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred.

Executive tier, where individual personalization is expected rather than optional. Budget it against specific relationships, not against a headcount. Concretely: $108.00 each at 1-11, $66.96 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 3 in x 3.6 in.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

Laser Cutting

The laser cuts entirely through the sheet to a custom outline. A shape cut to your logo or silhouette rather than a stock outline.

Best for

Acrylic awards and signage that should not look off-the-shelf.

Color

Material color.

Artwork requirements

  • A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.
  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • Do not spend a week hunting for the perfect file. Send what exists and we will tell you what is usable.

Common uses

Full-color brand awardsFull-color brand awards is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
Sales recognitionSpecified regularly for sales recognition. The imprint area at 3 in x 3.6 in is sized for exactly that job.
Remote-team shippingWorks well for remote-team shipping, where the acrylic award format does what a printed handout cannot.
Team and department awardsRecognizing a group without the cost or ceremony of individual crystal for every person.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.
Employee milestonesAnniversaries, promotions and retirements: the moments where a personalized object does what an email cannot.
Fundraising and donor recognitionThanking the people who gave, in a form that quietly encourages the next person to.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs

Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. The order arrives before the results do, which means engraving strategy is the real decision. Generic plates with a separate engraved insert let you produce early and personalize late, and that is usually the difference between hitting the date and missing it. Acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred. Reserve it for named recipients: key clients, top performers, long service.

2

Nonprofit & Fundraising

Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Recognition pieces for major donors and board members are the clearest win: they are relatively few, they are highly personal, and they materially affect renewal. For event merchandise, price the item to sell rather than to give. The acrylic award format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. This is a shortlist item. Individual personalisation is expected at this level.

3

Technology, SaaS & Startups

Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Shipping is the hidden cost and the hidden failure. An item that arrives damaged or takes three weeks to reach a remote hire does the opposite of what it was bought for, so pack weight and carrier reliability belong in the specification. $108.00 before breaks buys something that stays on a desk for years.

4

Employee Recognition & Service Awards

Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. Consistency is what makes a recognition program credible. If a ten year award looks better this year than it did last year, everyone who got last year's version notices. Lock the specification and the supplier, and treat the item list as something you change deliberately rather than annually. Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. Give this to the handful of people who genuinely moved the number.

5

Education, Schools & Universities

Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. At this price the recipient list should fit on one page.

6

Franchise & Multi-Location Brands

The hard problem in multi-location branding is consistency, not creativity. Local operators will source their own if the approved path is slower or costlier than the alternative. The way to hold brand consistency is to make the compliant option the easy one, with stocked items and fixed pricing. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. Executive tier. Treat the engraving as carefully as the invoice.

What do buyers ask about A6600?

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We replace damaged pieces. Send a photograph and the item number within 10 days of delivery and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. If the box arrives visibly damaged, write that on the freight bill before signing. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

How is this decorated?

UV Printing is the primary method on A6600. UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain. We can also run Laser Engraving and Laser Cutting on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on A6600 is 3 in x 3.6 in.

Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?

Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on A6600 runs from $108.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $66.96 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

Is there a setup charge?

No. Setup is free on every order at every quantity. Art preparation, machine setup and your digital proof are built into the price, with nothing added for them later. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What if the artwork does not fit the imprint area?

The personalization area on A6600 is 3 in x 3.6 in. If your mark does not sit well in that shape we redraw or re-proportion it and show you the result on the proof before anything is produced. Engraving is charged on the share of the area your artwork covers, so a smaller mark costs less.

What is the minimum order for A6600?

There is no minimum beyond one piece on A6600. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on A6600 runs from $108.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $66.96 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
