What is the Coral 40 oz. Polar Camel Travel Mug with Snap Lid and Straw?

Coral 40 oz. Polar Camel Travel Mug with Snap Lid and Straw. A travel mug at 40 oz in quality materials, specified for decoration and for daily use rather than for a display shelf. It measures 9 3/4" (H) x 4" (W)top/2 3/4" (W) bottom. This is the coral colorway.

Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer. That is the difference between something kept and something replaced.

A sealed lid and a cup-holder base make this the item that actually leaves the building with your logo on it. Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top.

Executive tier, where individual personalization is expected rather than optional. Budget it against specific relationships, not against a headcount. Concretely: $50.00 each at 1-11, $31.00 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2 in x 2 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • If brand color accuracy matters, give us the Pantone numbers rather than a screenshot to match.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • If the logo is only available as a bitmap, we need it at 300 dpi or better at final size, ideally on a transparent background.
  • Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) reproduces best at every size and is what we ask for first.
  • Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.

Common uses

CommutingWorks well for commuting, where the travel mug format does what a printed handout cannot.
Field and route workWorks well for field and route work, where the travel mug format does what a printed handout cannot.
Employee welcome kitsSpecified regularly for employee welcome kits. The imprint area at 2 in x 2 in is sized for exactly that job.
Renewal and retention giftsTimed to the contract date rather than the calendar, which is when the recipient is actually paying attention.
Booth and trade show handoutsThe item that gives someone a reason to stop walking, and a reason to remember which booth it came from.
Team and department awardsRecognizing a group without the cost or ceremony of individual crystal for every person.
Service anniversariesFive, ten and twenty years. The object marks the span in a way a announcement never manages.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Onboarding & New Hire Kits

Day one sets the tone for everything after it. Split the kit by what it signals. One item should be genuinely useful on day one, one should be shareable outside work, and one should carry the name of the team rather than the company. That mix does more for belonging than a single expensive piece. A sealed lid and a cup-holder base make this the item that actually leaves the building with your logo on it. At this price the recipient list should fit on one page.

2

Construction, Trades & Field Services

On a job site, an item survives or it disappears. Durability is the whole specification: insulated drinkware that shrugs off a truck bed, headwear that lives outdoors, and decoration that cannot scrape off. Crew gifting in this sector is a retention tool in a labour market where retention is expensive. Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top. Executive tier. Treat the engraving as carefully as the invoice.

3

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. Timing beats budget in this segment. The same gift sent a week after a renewal lands completely differently from one sent in December with four hundred others, because in January it is the only thing on the desk. Buy for the calendar you control rather than the one everybody shares. The travel mug format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. Even at volume it holds $31.00, which tells you what tier this is.

4

Automotive & Dealerships

Delivery day is the highest-emotion moment in the customer relationship. Anything that goes in or on a vehicle gets judged against the vehicle. A cheap keychain handed over with a car undercuts the purchase in a way that giving nothing would not, which makes this one of the few segments where under-spending is the bigger risk. Spend it where the relationship is worth more than the invoice.

5

Technology, SaaS & Startups

Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Shipping a considered kit to a home address is now a standard part of remote onboarding, and it is the rare marketing spend that shows up in retention numbers. Ship-safe materials matter more here than in any other segment. Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer.. At $50.00 before breaks this is relationship work, not advertising.

6

Healthcare & Senior Living

Healthcare buyers screen for practicality and hygiene before they screen for design. Shift work changes the specification. Items are carried between home, locker and ward, so anything that leaks, breaks or cannot go through a dishwasher gets abandoned within a fortnight regardless of how good it looked at the point of purchase. Reserve it for named recipients: key clients, top performers, long service.

What do buyers ask about LTM7416?

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Yes, and nothing runs until you have signed it off. Read it properly rather than skimming, because the approved proof is the specification we produce against. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

Do you keep this item in stock?

Yes. The warehouse shows more than 1,000 of LTM7416 in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

How is this decorated?

We run laser engraving on LTM7416 as standard. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved. We can also run UV Printing on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on LTM7416 is 2 in x 2 in. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

What artwork do you need from me?

Send vector if it exists, raster at 300 dpi if it does not, and whatever you have if neither. The personalization area on LTM7416 is 2 in x 2 in, and we redraw or re-proportion anything that will not survive it. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?

Yes. Give us the in-hand date and checkout tells you immediately whether standard production makes it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

What is the minimum order for LTM7416?

LTM7416 can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on LTM7416 runs from $50.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $31.00 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on LTM7416 is 2 in x 2 in.
