What is the Duo Figure Rising?
A working art sculpture award. Annealed glass with polished edges and a clear, even body. It measures 16 1/2".
In practice: glass gives you most of the visual authority of crystal at a materially lower cost, which is what makes it the practical choice when you are recognizing a whole team rather than one person..
A sculptural form reads as art rather than as an award, which is exactly why it survives office redecoration. On this substrate specifically: deep etch sand carving frosts the surface for a bright white mark that photographs well. Laser engraving handles finer detail.
A centerpiece rather than a program. Budget it as an event cost, because that is what it is, and expect it to be photographed. Concretely: $291.00 each at 1-11, $180.42 at 500+.

Decoration options
The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 4 in x 4 in.
Sand Carving
Abrasive is blasted through a cut mask to cut into the surface of the glass or crystal. A deep, frosted, dimensional mark you can feel with a fingertip.
Crystal and glass awards where depth and presence matter more than color.
Frosted white, optionally color-filled.
Laser Engraving
A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.
Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.
Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.
UV Printing
UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.
Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.
Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.
Artwork requirements
- Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.
- Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) reproduces best at every size and is what we ask for first.
- Do not spend a week hunting for the perfect file. Send what exists and we will tell you what is usable.
- Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
- Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.

Common uses
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
Employee Recognition & Service Awards
Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. The presentation matters as much as the piece. An award handed over in a hallway is worth a fraction of the same award presented in front of the team, which means the object should be specified for the moment it will be photographed in, not the shelf it ends on. Deep etch sand carving frosts the surface for a bright white mark that photographs well. Laser engraving handles finer detail. Bought for the one occasion a year that genuinely earns it.
Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation
Client gifting has one job: to be kept. The recipient is rarely the decision maker you are trying to reach, which is the part most programs get wrong. Choose something that will sit in a shared space rather than a drawer, and the gift starts working on people who were never on your list. The art sculpture award format earns its place here on keep-rate rather than headline price. A centrepiece, not a run. Expect it on display for a decade.
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Recognition pieces for major donors and board members are the clearest win: they are relatively few, they are highly personal, and they materially affect renewal. For event merchandise, price the item to sell rather than to give. The piece the room looks at. Price it as an event cost, not merchandise.
Government, Military & First Responders
This segment is precise about protocol and unforgiving about quality. Procurement documentation often takes longer than production. Quotes with fixed validity periods, documented lead times and clear line-item pricing move faster through approval than a better price presented informally. Glass gives you most of the visual authority of crystal at a materially lower cost, which is what makes it the practical choice when you are recognizing a whole team rather than one person.. This is the one people stand next to in the photograph.
Financial Services, Insurance & Legal
Professional services sell trust, and the gift has to look like the invoice. The gift is often opened in front of colleagues, so it is judged as a signal about the relationship rather than as an object. Understatement is the safe default, and a name engraved properly does more than any material upgrade. Reserved for a milestone big enough to justify the line item on its own.

What do buyers ask about AGS36?
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.
Is there a setup charge?
No. Setup is free on every order at every quantity. Art preparation, machine setup and your digital proof are built into the price, with nothing added for them later. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.
Can I order more later and have them match?
Yes. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. Material batches can vary slightly on natural materials, which is worth knowing if color matching across orders is critical. The published ladder on AGS36 runs from $291.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $180.42 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
How should this be cared for?
Hand wash recommended. Avoid thermal shock. AGS36 measures 16 1/2" and is made of glass. Glass gives you most of the visual authority of crystal at a materially lower cost, which is what makes it the practical choice when you are recognizing a whole team rather than one person.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

- Ground freight is free from 1 piece, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
- The personalization area is 4 in by 4 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
- At 50 pieces this costs less than 3% of the 405 other priced items in Corporate Awards. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
- Setup is free at every quantity, including 1.
