What is the Football Victory Medal-Bronze?
Football Victory Medal-Bronze (VM104B): a medal where Cast resin, hand-painted and finished does most of the work. It measures 2". This is the bronze colorway.
Casting is what allows shapes, figures, sport-specific sculpts, dimensional forms, that simply cannot be cut from crystal or metal at a comparable price. It is the reason resin dominates youth sport and participation awards.
Medals scale to hundreds of recipients at a cost per person that no other award form matches. Decoration is applied to an engraving plate or a printed plate fitted to the base, not to the sculpt itself.
At this level the item is buying attention rather than gratitude. Order enough to be generous with it, because restraint here saves very little and costs reach. Concretely: $3.00 each at 1-11, $1.86 at 500+.

Artwork requirements
- Send vector if you have it. A .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg scales to any imprint without softening.
- If brand color accuracy matters, give us the Pantone numbers rather than a screenshot to match.
- Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.
- Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.
- Convert all type to outlines so fonts do not substitute in production.

Common uses
Races and tournamentsWorks well for races and tournaments, where the medal format does what a printed handout cannot.
School achievementSpecified regularly for school achievement. The imprint area at 1.2 in x 1 in is sized for exactly that job.
Participation recognitionParticipation recognition is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
Booth and trade show handoutsThe item that gives someone a reason to stop walking, and a reason to remember which booth it came from.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.
Community and civic eventsLocal sponsorships and volunteer thanks, where visible presence matters more than volume.
Executive and board giftingShort lists, individual personalization, and a piece that survives scrutiny.
Recruiting and onboardingIncluded in offer packs and first-day kits, where the object is doing culture work from the very first hour.
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
1
Government, Military & First Responders
This segment is precise about protocol and unforgiving about quality. Challenge coins, unit recognition, retirement and commendation pieces all carry established conventions. Sourcing compliance and documented lead times usually matter as much as the item itself. Volume is the point at $3.00; nobody is auditing this line item.
2
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Donors read the gift as a statement about stewardship. Something visibly expensive can cost you more in confidence than it earns in goodwill, which is why restraint and a personal inscription usually outperform scale in this sector. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. Cost per impression is the number that matters here, and it is very low.
3
Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs
Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. The order arrives before the results do, which means engraving strategy is the real decision. Generic plates with a separate engraved insert let you produce early and personalize late, and that is usually the difference between hitting the date and missing it. Medals scale to hundreds of recipients at a cost per person that no other award form matches. Cheap enough to over-order slightly, which is the right call for a table.
4
Education, Schools & Universities
Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. Decoration is applied to an engraving plate or a printed plate fitted to the base, not to the sculpt itself. At this price the risk is under-ordering, not over-ordering.

What do buyers ask about VM104B?
Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?
Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on VM104B runs from $3.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $1.86 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
How should this be cared for?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. VM104B measures 2" and is made of resin. Casting is what allows shapes, figures, sport-specific sculpts, dimensional forms, that simply cannot be cut from crystal or metal at a comparable price. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes: order one piece. VM104B sells from a single unit at $3.00, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.
Do you keep this item in stock?
Yes. The warehouse shows 323 of VM104B in stock as of the last hourly sync. If a color is short we say so the day you order rather than the week before the deadline. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.
Can I see a proof before you produce the order?
Always, and we do not start without written approval. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Once approved, the proof becomes the specification for the run, so check the spelling and the placement carefully. The personalization area on VM104B is 1.2 in x 1 in.
What is the minimum order for VM104B?
There is no minimum beyond one piece on VM104B. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on VM104B runs from $3.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $1.86 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
