What is the Olive Green 20 oz. Polar Camel Travel Mug with Slider Lid?

This is a travel mug at 20 oz in quality materials. Straightforward to decorate, and durable enough that the decoration outlasts the occasion. It measures 7 7/8" (H) x 3 1/4" Top diameter/with lid. This is the olive colorway, one of 2 in the range.

Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer..

A sealed lid and a cup-holder base make this the item that actually leaves the building with your logo on it. Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top.

This reads as a considered gift, which means it rewards a named list and wastes its advantage on a table by the door. Concretely: $38.00 each at 1-11, $23.56 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 2 in x 2 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Nothing is produced before you approve a proof in writing. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • We send a digital proof for written approval before production starts. Nothing goes on a machine until you sign it off.
  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.

Common uses

CommutingWorks well for commuting, where the travel mug format does what a printed handout cannot.
Field and route workField and route work is where this earns its cost, and where buyers re-order it.
Employee welcome kitsA natural fit for employee welcome kits, which is one of the settings this travel mug was specified for.
Internal contests and incentivesA tangible prize outperforms a gift card for exactly the reason you would expect. It stays on the desk.
Sponsorship and partner thanksGiven to the people who funded or enabled the work, in a form they can keep visible.
Client thank-you programsSent after a renewal, a referral or a project close, when the relationship is warm and the gesture will land.
Recruiting and onboardingIncluded in offer packs and first-day kits, where the object is doing culture work from the very first hour.
Executive and board giftingShort lists, individual personalization, and a piece that survives scrutiny.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Automotive & Dealerships

Delivery day is the highest-emotion moment in the customer relationship. Service and sales want opposite things from the same budget. Sales needs a handful of pieces with real presence for delivery day; service needs high frequency at low cost. Splitting the budget explicitly stops one cannibalizing the other. Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer.. Too good to scatter. Pick the recipients deliberately.

2

Technology, SaaS & Startups

Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Company swag competes with genuinely good consumer products for the same desk space, and it usually loses. The piece has to be something the recipient would plausibly have bought, or it becomes a donation to a charity shop. Volume takes it to $23.56, which widens the list without cheapening it.

3

Healthcare & Senior Living

Healthcare buyers screen for practicality and hygiene before they screen for design. Easy-clean surfaces, no small detachable parts, and legible large-format personalization all matter. Staff appreciation is a genuine retention lever in this sector, and a good piece of drinkware or desk recognition costs a fraction of replacing a nurse. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. The gesture is the product here. Spend the thought, not just the budget.

4

Onboarding & New Hire Kits

Day one sets the tone for everything after it. Order for the year, not the hire. Onboarding kits fail on availability rather than design: a start date arrives, the item is out of stock, and the new person gets an apology instead of a welcome. Hold quantity against forecast headcount and the problem disappears. An imprint area of 2 in x 2 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. At $38.00 before breaks, name the recipients rather than filling a table.

5

Construction, Trades & Field Services

On a job site, an item survives or it disappears. The item has to survive a truck bed in July and a tailgate in January. Thermal performance and impact resistance are the specification; everything else in this segment is decoration on top of that. This reads as a gift. Give it to people you chose, not people who walked past.

6

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. A gift that lands on a client desk and stays there keeps working long after the meeting that prompted it. That argues for fewer, better pieces rather than a large volume of disposables, and for decoration that will still look intentional in two years. At 20 oz it suits the way this audience actually uses it. Worth personalising individually at this price; the response rate justifies it.

What do buyers ask about LCM218?

Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?

Yes. LCM218 runs in 2 colors and they combine for pricing, as long as the artwork does not change between them. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Always, and we do not start without written approval. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Once approved, the proof becomes the specification for the run, so check the spelling and the placement carefully. The personalization area on LCM218 is 2 in x 2 in.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) with all type converted to outlines. High-resolution raster at 300 dpi or better also works, and a logo saved from a website is worth sending anyway. We check it against the 2 in x 2 in personalization area and tell you before you pay whether it holds up at that size.

How should this be cared for?

Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. LCM218 measures 7 7/8" (H) x 3 1/4" Top diameter/with lid. Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer.

What if the artwork does not fit the imprint area?

The personalization area on LCM218 is 2 in x 2 in. If your mark does not sit well in that shape we redraw or re-proportion it and show you the result on the proof before anything is produced. Engraving is charged on the share of the area your artwork covers, so a smaller mark costs less.

Is there a setup charge?

There is no setup charge, ever. Art preparation, machine setup and the proof are part of the price on this page. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.

How long does production take?

Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.

What is the minimum order for LCM218?

LCM218 can be ordered from a single piece. The published ladder on LCM218 runs from $38.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $23.56 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. There is no setup fee at any quantity. The personalization area on LCM218 is 2 in x 2 in.
