What is the Size 9 Gold Champion Ring?

Size 9 Gold Champion Ring. A promotional product in quality materials, specified for decoration and for daily use rather than for a display shelf. It measures 1 1/16"(L) x 7/8"(H) x 7/8"(W). This is the gold colorway.

Built to survive real use rather than a single event, that is what separates a promotional item that keeps working from one that ends up in a drawer..

Chosen for a combination of perceived value, decoration quality and keep-rate rather than headline unit price. Decoration method is matched to the substrate so the mark is permanent rather than printed on top.

The middle of the range, and the part of it that does the most work. Good enough that people keep it, cheap enough that you can cover an entire department. Concretely: $16.05 each at 1-11, $9.95 at 500+.

Decoration options

The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 1 in x 1 in.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.

Best for

Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.

Color

Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.

UV Printing

UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.

Best for

Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.

Color

Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.

Artwork requirements

  • Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
  • Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
  • Supply Pantone (PMS) references for any color that has to match exactly.
  • Name the PMS values for anything that has to match a brand standard; screen color is not a reliable reference.
  • Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
  • Send the file you have, even if it is imperfect. We will tell you honestly whether it will hold up and redraw it if it will not.

Common uses

Corporate giftingA natural fit for corporate gifting, which is one of the settings this promotional product was specified for.
Events and trade showsSpecified regularly for events and trade shows. The imprint area at 1 in x 1 in is sized for exactly that job.
Employee recognitionWorks well for employee recognition, where the promotional product format does what a printed handout cannot.
Event and conference giftingHanded to qualified conversations rather than to everyone, so the spend goes where the pipeline is.
Team and department awardsRecognizing a group without the cost or ceremony of individual crystal for every person.
Remote team welcome kitsShipped to a home address, which for a distributed team is the only physical touch the company gets.
Renewal and retention giftsTimed to the contract date rather than the calendar, which is when the recipient is actually paying attention.

Where this works best

The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.

1

Education, Schools & Universities

Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Budgets are tight and quantities are large, which pushes toward mid-tier items ordered in volume. Alumni and donor gifting is the exception: that is where the spend per unit rises sharply, because the return is measured in gifts rather than impressions. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. The workhorse choice for this audience, and it re-orders predictably.

2

Nonprofit & Fundraising

Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Donors read the gift as a statement about stewardship. Something visibly expensive can cost you more in confidence than it earns in goodwill, which is why restraint and a personal inscription usually outperform scale in this sector. An imprint area of 1 in x 1 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. Priced so you can cover everyone without cheapening the gesture.

3

Corporate Gifting & Client Appreciation

Client gifting has one job: to be kept. The recipient is rarely the decision maker you are trying to reach, which is the part most programs get wrong. Choose something that will sit in a shared space rather than a drawer, and the gift starts working on people who were never on your list. At $9.95 in volume the cost per kept item is hard to beat.

4

Employee Recognition & Service Awards

Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. If you are marking five or ten years of someone's working life, the piece has to carry weight. Literally and otherwise. Personalization with the individual's name is what converts a company gift into a personal keepsake, and it is the single highest-leverage decision in a recognition program. Roughly 38% comes off between one piece and a full run.

5

Trade Shows & Conferences

Booth traffic is not the metric: what leaves the hall and stays in use is. Weight and packability decide what actually leaves the hall. Anything bulky ends up in a hotel bin regardless of quality, so the constraint is what fits in a carry-on alongside everything else collected that day. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. At $16.05 before breaks this is the tier most programmes should live in.

6

Onboarding & New Hire Kits

Day one sets the tone for everything after it. Split the kit by what it signals. One item should be genuinely useful on day one, one should be shareable outside work, and one should carry the name of the team rather than the company. That mix does more for belonging than a single expensive piece. Chosen for a combination of perceived value, decoration quality and keep-rate rather than headline unit price. Good enough to be kept, affordable enough to order in real quantity.

What do buyers ask about RNG209G?

Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?

Yes, and it is the right way to brief us. Tell us the date the box has to be open rather than the date you want it shipped, and checkout works the schedule backwards from there. It refuses a date it cannot keep rather than accepting it and missing it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

How is this decorated?

We run laser engraving on RNG209G as standard. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved. We can also run UV Printing on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on RNG209G is 1 in x 1 in. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

Can I see a proof before you produce the order?

Yes, and nothing runs until you have signed it off. Read it properly rather than skimming, because the approved proof is the specification we produce against. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.

What artwork do you need from me?

Send vector if it exists, raster at 300 dpi if it does not, and whatever you have if neither. The personalization area on RNG209G is 1 in x 1 in, and we redraw or re-proportion anything that will not survive it. A free digital proof comes back within one business day of usable artwork, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing.

What does it actually cost at quantity?

Most orders land near 48-95, which prices at $12.84 a piece. The published ladder on RNG209G runs from $16.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $9.95 at 500+, about 38% less per piece. Engraving is a separate line, shown per quantity in the cost table on this page, so the all-in figure is visible before checkout.

Can I order more later and have them match?

Yes. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. Material batches can vary slightly on natural materials, which is worth knowing if color matching across orders is critical. The published ladder on RNG209G runs from $16.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $9.95 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 10 days of delivery and we replace it. Note any damage on the freight bill before you sign for it, because that is what the carrier claim turns on. Resolving it with the carrier is our job, not yours. The replacement runs from the artwork you already approved, so it matches the rest of the order.

What is the minimum order for RNG209G?

There is no minimum beyond one piece on RNG209G. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on RNG209G runs from $16.05 a piece at 1-11 down to $9.95 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

  • Ground freight is free from 24 pieces, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
  • The personalization area is 1 in by 1 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
  • At 50 pieces this costs less than 23% of the 26 other priced items in Sport Awards. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
  • The table starts at 12 because below that the engraving setup costs more than the goods, and we will not guess at a price there. Ask us and we will quote a smaller run from your artwork.
  • Setup is free at every quantity, including 12.
