What is the Large Clear Acrylic Waterfall?
A working acrylic award. Cast acrylic with flame-polished edges. It measures 6 1/2" x 9". This is the clear colorway.
Acrylic is roughly half the weight of glass and dramatically harder to break, which matters more than people expect. It survives shipping to a remote office, it survives a trade show crate, and it survives being knocked off a desk.
Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. On this substrate specifically: acrylic takes full-color UV printing beautifully, so unlike crystal it can reproduce a logo in exact brand colors rather than as a frosted silhouette. Laser engraving gives the frosted look when that is preferred.
Flagship recognition. The cost only makes sense against a milestone big enough that people will remember where they were standing. Concretely: $200.00 each at 1-11, $124.00 at 500+.

Decoration options
The decoration method is chosen to match the substrate, which is why the mark is permanent rather than printed on top of it. Standard imprint area on this item is 4 in x 4 in.
UV Printing
UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain.
Multi-color logos, gradients, photographs and exact brand-color matching.
Full color, including white ink on dark substrates.
Laser Engraving
A focused laser removes the surface layer to expose the substrate beneath. A permanent, high-contrast, single-color mark with no ink involved.
Logos, names, dates and fine text. The default choice when the mark has to outlive the campaign.
Single color: the natural color of the material under the surface.
Laser Cutting
The laser cuts entirely through the sheet to a custom outline. A shape cut to your logo or silhouette rather than a stock outline.
Acrylic awards and signage that should not look off-the-shelf.
Material color.
Artwork requirements
- Type should be converted to curves or outlines, otherwise a missing font silently substitutes on our end.
- Outline your fonts before sending. It removes the most common cause of a proof coming back wrong.
- If brand color accuracy matters, give us the Pantone numbers rather than a screenshot to match.
- Raster artwork should be at least 300 dpi at the finished imprint size, on a transparent or white background.
- Artwork we redraw stays on file under your item number, so the next order runs from the same corrected file.
- A 300 dpi raster at the actual imprint dimensions will run cleanly. Anything pulled from a web page usually will not.

Common uses
Where this works best
The same item lands differently depending on who gets it and why. Here is how this one performs across the programs it sells into most.
Technology, SaaS & Startups
Distributed teams have no office to carry the culture, so the objects have to. Shipping a considered kit to a home address is now a standard part of remote onboarding, and it is the rare marketing spend that shows up in retention numbers. Ship-safe materials matter more here than in any other segment. Decoration holds up in this setting, which is where cheaper substrates fail. Flagship recognition. One or two of these, not a programme.
Employee Recognition & Service Awards
Recognition fails when the object does not match the words. The presentation matters as much as the piece. An award handed over in a hallway is worth a fraction of the same award presented in front of the team, which means the object should be specified for the moment it will be photographed in, not the shelf it ends on. An imprint area of 4 in x 4 in is enough for a logo and a line of text without crowding. This is the award people photograph. Budget it as a single line.
Education, Schools & Universities
Education buys in waves: orientation, homecoming, graduation, staff appreciation. Student-facing items live rough. They go in backpacks, get left outdoors and are rarely cleaned, so durability matters more than finish. Faculty and donor gifting is the opposite problem and deserves an entirely separate specification. $200.00 before breaks: reserved for the moment that warrants it.
Franchise & Multi-Location Brands
The hard problem in multi-location branding is consistency, not creativity. A single approved item list, locked artwork and a repeatable re-order path stop forty locations producing forty versions of the logo. Stocked programs with fixed pricing are what make that governable. Bought for the one occasion a year that genuinely earns it.
Sports Leagues, Tournaments & Clubs
Sport needs volume, deadlines and a clear hierarchy of awards. Awards are read as a hierarchy whether or not you intended one. If the participation piece and the champion piece look similar, the champion feels short-changed, and that is remembered longer than the result. Minimum order is a single piece, which suits how this segment tends to buy. A centrepiece, not a run. Expect it on display for a decade.
Nonprofit & Fundraising
Every pound spent on a donor gift is a pound not spent on the mission, so the gift has to earn it. Volunteer recognition is where the money works hardest. Volunteers give time that would otherwise cost you wages, and the marginal cost of thanking them properly is trivial against what their continued involvement is worth. Acrylic is the only award substrate that reproduces a full-color logo cleanly and survives being posted to a home address. The piece the room looks at. Price it as an event cost, not merchandise.

What do buyers ask about WTR9C?
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes: order one piece. WTR9C sells from a single unit at $200.00, the first rung of its published ladder, so a sample is simply a normal order. A decorated single piece goes through the same proof as a full run.
Can I mix colors or sizes to reach a quantity break?
Yes, provided the artwork stays the same across the run. Different artwork is fine as well: it gets its own proof, and setup stays free. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The published ladder on WTR9C runs from $200.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $124.00 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
Can you work to a fixed in-hand date?
Yes, and it is the right way to brief us. Tell us the date the box has to be open rather than the date you want it shipped, and checkout works the schedule backwards from there. It refuses a date it cannot keep rather than accepting it and missing it. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, then 1 to 5 business days of ground transit.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, through a quote. Card checkout ships one order to one address, so for a split run send the address list with a quote request and we confirm the freight for every destination in writing before you pay. The artwork is proofed once and applied across the whole run. Ground freight is free on orders over $250.
How long does production take?
Door to door at standard speed: a day for the proof, 3 to 5 business days in production, then 1 to 5 business days in transit. A rush is quoted per job, with the date confirmed in writing before you pay.
Can I order more later and have them match?
Yes. We keep the approved artwork on file against the item number, so a re-order runs from the same file. Material batches can vary slightly on natural materials, which is worth knowing if color matching across orders is critical. The published ladder on WTR9C runs from $200.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $124.00 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.
How is this decorated?
UV Printing is the primary method on WTR9C. UV-cured ink is jetted directly onto the product and cured instantly under ultraviolet light. Full-color, photographic-quality artwork with hard edges and no dot gain. We can also run Laser Engraving and Laser Cutting on this item if the artwork calls for it. The personalization area on WTR9C is 4 in x 4 in.
What is the minimum order for WTR9C?
There is no minimum beyond one piece on WTR9C. Price breaks on this item fall at 1-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-95, 96-249, 250-499, 500+. The price per piece only goes down as the quantity rises. The published ladder on WTR9C runs from $200.00 a piece at 1-11 down to $124.00 at 500+, about 38% less per piece.

- Ground freight is free from 12 pieces, which is where this order passes $250.00 of merchandise.
- The personalization area is 4 in by 4 in. Engraving is charged on the share your artwork actually covers, so a smaller logo costs less. Place yours on the product above and the price updates as you size it.
- At 50 pieces this costs less than 1% of the 878 other priced items in Acrylic Awards. It sits at the dearer end of that range, which is usually the material rather than the margin.
- Setup is free at every quantity, including 1.
